We are sorry the service we offered did not meet your expectations as we want all out customers to be completely satisfied.I checked to with my sales manager and we re-sent the sample Tile after you called and advised it had not arrived.He then spoke with you or a member of your household and it was confirmed you had received the sample but did not want it. We are afraid samples are Non Returnable as explained at the time of the call. Once again we are sorry about the loss of the first sample tile in the post. Sales Manager Target Tiles
