Good morning Tom, Thanks for your feedback. With the AF200, we have to wrap this product very tightly, as the lid is not entirely sealed. The product itself is indeed very sticky! Regards the Ditra matting, I have spoken to the warehouse manager about this, and the warehouse team will have to clean Schluter Ditra Matting (SKU2800) before any future orders ship. I am sorry that the goods arrived dirty and hope that this has not shied you away from using us again in the future. Best regards, Matt McCullough Customer service team
