Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Whilst the product arrived in good condition it was delivered a day early without warning, it was only by chance that my wife was home to take delivery otherwise not sure what would have happened.

Thanks for your feedback, as you state the parcel was signed for at your address. UPS will not leave the parcel with someone else unless instructed to do so otherwise they will attempt a re-delivery.
