Direct from the Bakery! Luscious ready baked lemon sponge cakes, individually boxed and ready to decorate. Good to eat for five weeks from baking. Square or rectangular cakes are all sold as a pair of two layers in a box. Each layer is approx 1.25" deep, so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake. Round cakes are baked individually in one layer, approx 2.5" deep, and are ready for you to split into 2 or 3 layers as you wish. Round cakes are baked in a tin of the size advertised - slight shrinkage may occur during baking. Our sponge cakes all freeze very well if you do need to extend the shelf life. Why not keep a spare plain cake ready to decorate in the freezer for those last minute requests! Suitable for Vegetarians. Sweet Success is a family business based in Nottingham.
