Many thanks for your feedback and our apologies for any issues experienced in delivery of your goods. As a result of recent improvements in our admin system and website there have been delays in dispatch and temporary issues with stock.
We believe that these have been resolved and efficiency has been improved as a result of these changes but apologise for any inconvenience caused in the transition.
Good quick delivery, no issues at all. Will defo use again :)

We apologise that you did not enjoy the taste of this product and many thanks for drawing this concern to our attention.
Matrix Anabolic is 80% protein and therefore to some may not taste as palatable as other supplements that include greater levels of sugars, fats and other flavouring.
We will advise the manufacturer of this concern also.

We apologise for any issues experiences with our stock levels. We always attempt to ensure that stock levels are as accurate as possible but on the occasions where errors occur we will do our utmost to resolve this for you quickly and efficiently.
With regards to duplicate payment of P&P this was unfortunately an unavoidable aspect of our previous admin system. Our system has received a major change in the last 2 weeks and as a result any further orders placed after part completion of an order will not require additional P&P.

Thanks for the reply, I understand the difficulty's when working with technology, however I did raise this issue with a person who could not, and was not able to help me. Never the less I will continue to use Supplement Centre as prices are competitive.

A change in admin system has resulted in previously active discount codes being rendered inactive. We await reactivation of the codes in the new admin system and will be able to provide this to you when done.
