The pump and pump unit are excellent. what wasn't very good was we had our pump unit upgraded "free of charge" as there was no small pumps in stock at the time. when you add up the cost of labour...
Not many stockists of the zoeller sump pump. Ordered this from here on a sunday and it was processed monday and i recieved it Tuesday.
Such a fast service i cannot fault them.
