We thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your recent purchase of your Kids Designer Name Labels. Our name labels are a vinyl label, and are dishwasher and microwave safe. You will need to be applying your labels onto a smooth and flat surface, in order for the life span of your label to be extended. If you are applying your labels onto a ridged or frosted surface, you are allowing water and other substances to seep beneath the label, pushing it up, causing it to lift. If you would like us to investigate this further for you, please send an image of the label and the surfaces you are applying them too to info@stuckonyou.biz Thank you once again! I am very sorry to hear you feel as though the quality of our labels have decreased. I can assure you this is not the case! We print with the highest quality products and like to ensure that our labels are microwave and dishwasher safe. We do advise all labels to be left to adhere to any surface for 48 hours before washing. The surface must also be smooth and flat for the label to stay attached.  If you find you are having lots of troubles with your labels adhering to your surfaces, please contact us directly on info@stuckonyou.biz as we would love to investigate this further for you! I am sorry to hear you feel shipping on your recent order was slower than expected. We do state on our website, that we aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. Once your order has completed production, your order is dispatched via general post and can take anywhere from 1-14 working days to arrive with you.
