I appreciate your feedback - I am sorry to hear you feel as though the quality has lessened since receiving your previous order. Our labels have had a slight change regarding the thickness of the label, as well as the look (shape of the label) but I can confidently say our label quality remands the same and are dishwasher and microwave safe. The thickness is an additional laminate printed over the top, so your print is protected.
