Thank you for your feedback. As we discussed in our e-mail exchange the design is slightly different for the black turn buttons to the white, the locking end is shorter, but as long as the shank of the button is positioned up against the frame of the screen they are just as effective. We’ve added a note to the description for the time being and will arrange for an image to be taken and added when we schedule our next photography for the website. Apologies for the oversight on the postage refund for the return, which has now been resolved.

Thanks for your feedback. A work bench is a help when making up your kit but in the absence of this, a sturdy surface like a table, perhaps with a cover to protect it also works well.Apologies for supplying the white corners with your anthracite frame. This was a picking error. The corners should be black. Following our conversations and e-mail correspondence I know you are now in receipt of the replacement screens with the correct corners.

Thanks for your review. We supply our mitre box as a tool to assist you with the make up for your screens and it does that job effectively. It can be used ongoing for basic DIY tasks but if you are a keen DIYer there are more sophisticated models on the market that you may wish to consider.

Thanks for leaving us a review. Really pleased you are happy with the support we gave you with your kit. As we discussed, the meshing of the frame is the trickiest part of assembling your screen. The instructions provide tips to reduce the bowing of the frame but it isn’t unusual to find the longest side bowing by about 2mm on either side. We didn’t discuss the fixings but the ‘mesh and fixings’ tab on the product page provides you with the dimensions of all of the fixing options so you can check this with your window framework available when ordering.
