Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are sent images of the packaging from the brand and these are what we use as images for packaging on every item. As your order was for a scarf there is different packaging, and it is a fault of our own that we have not made this cleared; and for any confusion we may have caused we apologise. In regards to the bag we offer sincere apologies, as we endeavour to provide the finest products for all of our customers.
