Thank you for your feedback. The promotion was only for single transactions over £125, and as we have to adhere to the strict rules set by Pandora, we were unable to honour your request of a multiple transaction gift. Please understand that these are rules set by the brand and not by Steffans as a company. By also researching your order it is unfortunate to find that it was placed on the 15th april 2012. Unfortunately, the limited time only, nationwide promotion from Pandora ran from the 16th-22nd April 2012 and, therefore, we would not have been able to honour your request even if your order had met the correct criteria. We apologise if our customer service was below your expectations, and are sincerely sorry if this circumstance culminates in you terminating your relationship with us at Steffans.
