SousVide Supreme have designed the VS3000 vacuum sealer with features that make sous vide preparation fool proof including a moist/dry setting to ensure extra reinforced sealing when handling moist or juicy foods and an elevated sealing platform to help prevent liquid from entering the chamber when sealing moist/juicy foods.
Does exactly what it’s meant to do. Iv seen cheaper version that are rubbish this is good quality. Just hope it last a long time as cheaper ones don’t last long if you use them a lot
The unit itself is a high quality vacuum sealer and whilst the pump is a little noisy is very effective in pulling the required vacuum.
The operating instructions could be better and clearer though...
