Many thanks for your feedback. Having looked at your order records it seems that your first order didn't arrive even though it was dispatched on 13th June via Royal Mail First Class, who are normally a very reliable delivery service. Looking at your records it was the resent order that arrived after 10 days as the initial order had not arrived within our 7 day waiting period.
