We have spoken about your journey via email previously, and we have also conducted an internal investigation surrounding your return journey (in your own words your incoming journey was 'excellent'). From what we found out -the bus did turn-up, the driver waited at the designated pick-up point, and we had 14 other passengers who all got on that same bus...so it is very difficult to understand why you weren't on the transfer sorry.
Since this issue (March 2017) we have instigated new procedures to avoid this happening again - including a more precise pick-up spot in Val Thorens, and any missing passengers being phoned before the bus departs.
