Shared Transfer - Geneva airport -> Tignes Le Lac

Thanks for your positive review about your journey between Geneva and Val d'Isere.  While we love the snow, it has definitely made this season particularly difficult on the roads so far.  We're glad that everything worked for you on your trip.  The drivers do work particularly hard to make sure all customers get where they need to be despite road closures and difficult driving conditions.  We hope to see you again in the future...

Thanks for your feedback.  I do apologise that you were delayed in leaving Geneva airport on this occasion.  In order to make the low-cost shared transfer service work we have buses pick-up from resort in the morning and then return from GVA in the afternoon (much as an airline would).  As you saw, the weather was particularly bad in the resorts on your day of travel, and this is what caused the knock-on delay to your journey. We try to do everything we can to avoid this - but sorry it affected you this time round...

Thanks for your review.  For shared transfers going to resorts like La Tania we do ask passengers to change into smaller buses to go up the mountain - this is one of the ways that we try to keep costs down for all customers.  Sometimes these smaller buses arrive early to meet the main bus, but we're glad that the schedule was maintained and you arrived at the correct time.

Glad the reps at the airport were helpful and informative - they work very hard on Saturdays to keep 100s of people informed and on the right buses.  It was unfortunate that Geneva airport was closed by the police while you were there...but very little we can do about that sorry.
