Updating broke it

Updating caused it to continually reboot when powering on. I made a call to support & was told I’d need to return it. They offered to send postage paid info email that didn’t arrive.

Fairly quick delivery time. Ridiculously expensive accessory prices and postage. If I could have bought a compatible car charger elsewhere I certainly would not have bought it from Snooper.

Hello, we have looked at the order, and we may have found your issue. The serial number you entered is for an S8450 which has a Large SD card for the mapping, but the order states an S6800 unit which takes a Micro SD card. What device do you need the SD card for? Thanks

first the unit would not set up a comp fitter looked at it and the end fell off the cable tried to contact you twice no response so i paid for new cable £29.00 which when again the chap tried to set it up no go so i got another person who again knows his way round these units and again no go so i will tell you what i want as im disgusted with snooper it seems its take your money and run please send me some form of return package as i do not want rubbish and i will have my money back . plus i have already been in touch with trading standards and if need be i will let them sort out the matter.. regards tony clarke
