The pillow isn't up to what I expected. It is too thick so my head is not comfortable and it still gets very hot where my head is lying.

This aims to keep you at the right temperature night after night for a deeper and healthier sleep. Geltex is an innovative combination of an extremely elastic gel and air-permeable foam. I find the Pillow very good as I have cervical spondylitis, I just hope it does not loose its firmness after a few weeks and it does make your neck warm.
