As the bangle was originally purchased in August 2025 and had been worn regularly,
our team carried out an inspection once it was returned to us.
Following this, we offered a store credit of £122.50 to try and help resolve things for you.
We’re also genuinely sorry to hear that our communication left you feeling unheard or uncomfortable,
as that is never how we want any customer to feel, particularly someone who has supported
us for so many years.
Regarding the return postage, our policy is that customers normally cover return costs
unless an item is confirmed faulty after inspection. That said, we do understand
your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
