Thank you for leaving a review, we're really sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the 44 Roll Floor Rack that you ordered. This is the first issue of this nature we've had with this product after selling them for almost 20 years which is why we believe that it may be related to the size of your vinyl roll cores and that some can be tighter than others. If you are able to ship us an empty core from some of the rolls you are having issues with we would be more than happy to conduct further testing on site and feedback accordingly. We have tested with some of our own stock rolls of material without being able to replicate the issue mentioned. As they should not be tight enough to pull the rack over when removing, simply "snug". We're sorry to hear that you needed to adapt the rack to help it fit your rolls, though we are glad that you are now able to fit the rolls that you need. Could you please contact sales@signgeer.com to arrange sending us an empty core to help us to test this, to both prevent further potential issues for others and also to help us resolve the issue for yourself?
