When I buy from Home Depot my items are shipped quickly and packed so well. I had a query last week and it was attended to immediately. Also Home Depots prices are very competitive.
Order took far too long, they explained they were moving to a new DC, and promised a free gift - which still hasn't arrived, I've sent 2 emails with NO response. Avoid this company is my advice.

I'm extremely sorry to hear about your delivery being late.We have actually been in the process of moving to a new state of the art warehouse which is why this caused delays in some orders being delivered, but I'm pleased to say that the warehouse move is now complete and this means there will be no more issues with delivery times, quicker delivery, and many more new products available on the website.
