The whole process from ordering to the delivery was extremely quick, which I loved. The only thing I found negative was that I didn't receive an email to tell me my order had been shipped.
Their site claims to send next business day if you buy before 3pm, but this is false and misleading. I enquired via customer service why my order didn't ship the next day, and I got a response 2 days...
