Everything from booking flight car hire accommodation at Wine Resort was excellent. Not so impressed with rep as only saw her at airport on our arrival.
Efficient with reasonable selection of holidays. Possibly more expensive than other operators for like for like holidays. Restricted choice of departure airports tiresome if you live miles away.
The booking process was efficient, the holiday pack (tickets and useful information) was well put together. The local representative was friendly and helpful.
