Good service overall but we were disappointed by the support provided by our local rep, eg she promised to bring my wife a hair dryer (there wasn't one in the villa) but didn't do so, and no message...
Excellent customer service. Wallet arrived with more in it than just the tickets. Map ,directions to accommodation, with alternative routes. Very impressed.
