It was most unfortunate your balcony was near the kitchen area, we are very sorry about that. It sounds as though you enjoyed the many other aspects of this very popular hotel however. Hopefully we can welcome you back again in the future.

As explained in our separate email to you, the hotel was very recently inspected by our product management team and was found to be as described on our web page. The reviews found at online review platforms also show the resort continues to score a very high approval rate overall and it remains popular for its excellent coastal location and range of facilities.
