Hello Mrs Norris. We're very sorry to hear that the Azaya wasn't as you had hoped. As explained in our separate email to you, the hotel was very recently inspected by our product management team and was found to be as described on our web page. The reviews found at online review platforms also show the resort continues to score a very high approval rate overall and it remains popular for its excellent coastal location and range of facilities. It's always disappointing when a customer's opinion varies from the majority, but thank you for taking the time to write with your feedback, and we will, of course, continue to review all of the hotels in our program on a regular basis.
