Overall Good Experience
Overall was a good experience, could have used the 30mins before the session better, for example doing the safety demonstration and getting on the segways in this time.

New experience great day out, can't wait to go again.
The guy that did the training was very polite and clearly spoken, gave good concise instruction which was easy to follow. The watersports site was also good with coffee and snacks available.

Good staff, easy registration process - as said previously only quibble is the non receipt of photos 4 days after the event.
