Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback. I note that the app is supposed to be additional to and not a substitute for a technical check-in and sail demonstration. The exception is when the wind is considered unsuitable for this demo in port. We have taken the matter up with the base. Point taken about mooring costs etc in Croatia. I always say it is worth taking into account the lower flight cost to Croatia compared to say Greece, which is at least an hour further. Overall, with this in mind it is probably 'swings and roundabouts'.
We flow in from Schengen country and struggled to find our transfer. Also we were sharing a transfer so had to wait for other arrivals. It would have helped if we could have informed the Transfer...

Thanks for this useful feedback which has been noted, we do need to be careful of the schengen/ non schengen arrivals distinction due toi different arrival gates. Also for future reference, we do provide the transfer operators contact number on the transfer voucher. Pleased that you enjoyed the holiday overall.

Thanks for your comments and I was sorry to read that we did not meet expectations this time round. Actaually we had a relief crew covering for the week you were there, as the permemant crew had to return to the UK on a personal matter. From your impressons, it seems that they were still finding their feet, though I know they did work hard to try and keep everyone happy. I can report that we are back to normal there with our highly experienced team in place. I hope you will therefore not judge us too harshly on this ocassion given the unusual circumstances that week.
