Thank you for your valued feedback. I can advise that by industry standards a 9 yacht flotilla is certainly not considered large, with most other companies regularly operating much larger flotillas. Our average is actually 7 yachts and we purposely keep our flotillas smaller in order to offer better service. I have confirmed that our lead crew did struggle with the midweek group meal during that week, due to a regularly visited venue being booked up. We typically organise 3 goup meals over a week. As regards maintenance, our Dubrovnik base is well run and generally turns out well prepared yachts. Any flotilla can have a bad week in terms of mishaps and faults and that appears to have been the case during your week. We do monitor standards closely and the feedback from the Dubrovnik base has been very good overall. Obviously I am concerned that you came back disappointed and will drop you a line directly regarding your exprience.
What a superb week. The sail boat was excellent, with no breakages all week and my family of 5 all had an amazing week. It may have sold them on sailing holidays forever!
