I was sorry to read that we fell short of expectations with this holiday over the issue of the operation of the outboard engine and outboard fuel. On the plus side, I understand that our lead crew did provide a 'ferry service' ashore on the day in question and I am contacting you directly to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Holiday was great, this is 3rd time we have done a flotilla with Seafarer - but there were some issues that could have been better:
(1) the entertainment side of the flotilla was below standard...
