Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I have used the site many times in the past year and each time I use it I find it REALLY frustrating that they do not save my payment card details! It's inexplicable why nowadays a company does not...

Thank you for you feedback. Unfortunately we currently do not save our customers card details, although we appreciate that this might be more efficient when purchasing a card regularly. We will however, be introducing a pre pay credit account for all our customers, where credit can be placed onto your individual account, allowing you to order cards more efficiently. Please keep a look out for the new updates in the next few months.

I'm sorry to hear that your cards have not arrived. We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries who are extremely reliable, however unfortunately on the rare occasion cards can go missing which is something that is out of our control. Our customer service team is currently in the process of contacting you by email to resolve the situation.
