Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are continuously updating the website to improve the user experience when buying cards and we therefore greatly appreciate your feedback. Fortunately within the next month we will be introducing a pre pay account, which will speed up the process when buying your cards. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your card. All our cards are printed to the highest quality and are printed on good quality card. Some of the cards that are sold in store differ from the cards online, such as the texture of the card and customisation. A lot of our customers prefer to buy their cards online as they like the added element of being able to personalise their cards with a name or a photo, which you cannot do in one of our stores.
