I ordered two cards to be posted at separate times and one card came on schedule, but in the wrong envelope.

We are sorry to hear that your card was in the wrong envelope. When ordering cards, it is important to identify whether the card is to be sent directly to the recipient, or to delivered to the sender with an extra envelope so that the card can be given in person. If you would like to contact our customer service team at customerservice@scribbler.com they will be able to assist you further and make sure that your other card is being sent with an extra envelope if selected when you ordered the card.
