We believed that the order had been delivered direct from the manufacturer and the first we new to the contrary was when we saw the feedback. We checked with the manufacturer and have found that they had not entered it in their system.
We re-placed the order today and the goods will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday at the latest on a next day delivery.
We are very sorry for the delay.
