Neglected to read order properly and delivered too early to wrong store. Caused havoc with exiting staff as they were not aware of the resite. Could have been potentially disasterous

We are sorry that we delivered the item to early, we did not notice the specified delivery date on the email. We despatched the goods to the address specified on the email order but believe that the carrier may have used his initiative and delivered it to the open store.
