Items not held in stock, and are purchased in, if you fluff up your order like i did expect a heft "re-socking fee". you will find the txt in the t's and c's
product ok though.

We do stock many common items but due to weighing equipment having many variants of capacity, resolution and options it is not possible to stock all items. If a customer orders an item in error and we have to return the item to the manufacturer the re-stocking costs have to be passed on. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Quick and helpful service. Order was on a pro forma basis and the required invoice and receipt were forwarded promptly and the goods were despatched as required.
