Really poor service from company, still waiting for product, i appreciate they had to send to council to get checked but this is beyond poor servoce

Sorry for the delay - It does take 5-10 working days for the weights to have the UKAS certificate issues and the items delivered to site. This is indicated on the website "Estimated Delivery: 5-10 working days" under the UKAS certification option.
