We do charge a restocking fee for non-stocked items when they are order in error as per out T&C. The reason for the charge is because (on this occasion) Ohaus do not accept returned items (others charge a restocking fee), therefore we have to check the item when its returned and hold it in stock until we can sell it (normally at a reduced price)
