I bought scales and then had to buy a very expensive printer that couldn't print a label and then couldn't return it.

The issue was due to customer assumptions that a Tally roll print would print labels which is not how its advertised or promoted.

A full manual and telephone support is made available. The issue was that the product doesn't support label formatting and is not advertised to do so.

Unfortunately the freight charges are outside our control and are at cost price. Our trainee sales administrator had some problems but this has been ironed out now.
