Thank you for your recent feedback and my apologies you were not satisfied with the service you received. I can confirm the order was dispatched the same day the order was placed which was 01/06/2017. The courier company attempted delivery on 02/06/2017 then again on 05/06/2017 before the parcel was collected from the post office on 08/06/2017.

And whoever you asked to deliver it didn't even bother waiting for any of us to get to the door ! There were four people in that day they tried to deliver.
