Not to the usual Altra standard or specification
Very prompt. Not enough cushion in the shoes compared to the last 3 pairs of Altra shoes that I have loved. The shoes failed to deliver on what you advertised

As per our conversations over the phone and email, we are very sorry for the poor level of service that you have received, it is certainly not something we want any of our customers to experience.
