Thank you for your review. I'm pleased to hear that the installation went well for you and that the engineers were efficient and professional. Although we do provide an arrival time, our engineers are sometimes held up due to traffic. We have taken your comment on board and are making sure that the engineers call ahead if they think they will be running behind.

Hi Carole, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We make sure to listen to our customers and use your comments to improve as a company. We now have an additional member of staff in our estimating department to make sure we get our quotations out as soon as possible. We now ask for customers availability when we take orders and make sure to work around this. I am glad to hear that the engineers were efficient but it is disappointing to hear that one did not say goodbye. This has been addressed with the engineer in question as it is certainly not behaviour we at Roché approve of. Hopefully the overall service was to your satisfaction and we hope you will let us show you our improvements in the future.

Appreciate the feedback and apologies for the issues you experienced. I can see you had some problems with your vibration sensor originally, and we would be happy to advise further if you are still experiencing these problems.
