With regard to airline seating, even on group bookings with British Airways it is possible to request seats together, although this is subject to the airline’s policy. Seating requests are passed to the airline, and while they will endeavour to accommodate them, this cannot be guaranteed. With easyJet, guests typically manage their own check-in and seating arrangements directly with the airline, so processes can differ between carriers.
We are sorry that you were expecting a call back from our team and that this did not happen as promised. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. For future bookings, our team would be happy to discuss airline policies with you in more detail.
