We are so pleased to hear that you had such an enjoyable experience on our Madeira - the Pearl of the Atlantic for solo travellers trip. It's wonderful to know that Anita and Trisha provided such excellent guidance and assistance, and that you found the hotel and its amenities to your satisfaction. We're also delighted that the smaller group size contributed to such a positive atmosphere, and that even with unexpected flight disruptions, you were able to make the most of your time. The front end service was excellect. The after sales complaint handling left a lot to be desired, to the point that I will not use them again.
