We're delighted to hear that you thought the ship was excellent and the cleanliness, food, crew and staff were without fault. Due to the mooring sites and port authorities, ships may be required to double or triple berth. This tends to be balanced across an itinerary, affecting both sides of the ship as apposed to one side.
There were problems going and coming back with Eurostar, but Riviera dealt with the problems in difficult circumstances. I would just mention that more communication would have been better as we...
