We are delighted to hear that you found your cruise to be wonderful, and we are particularly pleased that you were able to enjoy the majority of the excursions using your mobility scooter. However, as outlined on our website, there are occasions where certain excursions may not be fully accessible. This can be due to factors such as terrain, location, and access limitations, as well as the practical considerations of the level of support our crew and local guides are able to provide to guests with mobility requirements. In such instances, guests may choose to remain on board the ship or, where suitable facilities are available, spend time independently at a nearby café or rest area. We do appreciate your understanding in this respect. We are sorry to learn that your train journey from Lille to Lyon was particularly busy. As advised prior to departure, whilst we make every effort to ensure that guests are seated together, we unfortunately have no control over seating allocations on TGV services. We also regret to learn that the train tickets were issued later than expected. Our records show that your initial travel documents were issued 18 days prior to departure, and were subsequently reissued on 11 May to reflect the Eurostar Plus service.
