Whilst we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience on board the yacht, we are very sorry that our customer service did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We fully appreciate how disappointing it must have been to learn that your holiday was later available at a reduced price, particularly as you had secured your booking prior to the introduction of the 10% promotional offer. We understand the frustration this can cause. As with many consumer purchases, promotional offers are introduced for limited periods and may not be applicable to all bookings made outside of those timeframes. We understand that our Price Promise policy was outlined to you, which is intended to provide reassurance and, where possible, allow guests to benefit from any applicable price reductions, even when bookings are made outside of promotional periods.
