Whilst we are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable holiday overall, we are sorry that your experience with our customer service did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate that the communication process may not always feel straightforward, and we would like to reassure you that the requirement for a lead passenger is standard practice across the travel industry. The lead passenger is the individual who enters into the contract with the tour operator, and therefore all official correspondence, documentation, and booking details must be issued directly to them, along with key cards and post tour surveys. We fully understand that other members of the party may wish to discuss arrangements, and with the lead passenger’s permission, our team is happy to assist where appropriate. However, formal documentation will always be sent to the lead passenger, who is then able to share this information with their travelling companions. As our communications are primarily issued digitally, this is typically the most efficient way for information to be distributed. That said, we do recognise that not all guests have access to email facilities. On these occasions, and upon request, we are more than happy to make alternative arrangements, including sending documentation by post to ensure all guests are fully supported.
