The travel to and from the Ship was good and well organised, the worst part was the dinning experience, it appeared under staffed with no clear leadership.

It's wonderful to hear that you were pleased with every aspect of your Douro cruise. We're delighted that you enjoyed the air flights, transfers, accommodations, food, drinks, entertainment, and excursions. We seemed to be more of an annoyance than valued customers. The constant banging on about tipping on the last night was awful.
