Thank you for rating this cruise 4/5 stars. We regret to hear that it did not meet all of your expectations. We acknowledge that vacating your cabin at 9am when not flying until 9pm is early. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team and crew require this time so they can ensure they are operationally ready for guests embarking on the same day. While lunch and and drinks are not included as part of your package on embarkation/disembarkation day, a complimentary afternoon tea may be provided at the discretion of the ship if it is operationally ready for it's next departure, along with the public tea and coffee making facilities. We regret to hear that you were not advised of this and consequently chose to eat out while further exploring the old town of Porto.
