We're delighted to learn that you had a lovely time on this vacation and enjoyed the variety of locations from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul and Athens to the quietness of the picturesque tiny Greek islands.
There sometimes appeared to be a disconnect between Rivera Headquarters and the Tour Manager . Availability of an evening meal would have been appreciated in all hotels.

As we are always striving to enhance our guests experiences your comments have been shared with the appropriate departments at head office for collective review. The optional excursions offered to our guests are dependent on a minimum number of bookings. On occasions when the threshold isn't met, the excursion is unable to go ahead. We are sorry for any disappointment caused and understand your refund was processed while you were on tour.
I have family in the UK who travel with Riviera quite a bit. They recommended you.
However, we got the impression that your company is new to the Canadian market.
